HGGaoli Deepens Strategic Collaboration with AVATR: Volume of PTC Heater Supply Expected to Exceed CNY 100 Million by 2025

Amid the rapid development of new energy vehicles (NEVs), HGGaoli has strengthened its strategic collaboration with AVATR, a premium smart electric vehicle brand. In 2024, HGGaoli will supply WPTC (PTC water heaters) for four AVATR vehicle models, with projected delivery volumes set to surpass CNY 100 million.

Leveraging years of expertise in PTC heating chips design and manufacturing, HGGaoli shifted its focus to NEV(New energy vehicles) PTC heaters in 2011, becoming a pioneer and leader in China’s NEV thermal management sector. For over a decade, the company has refined its products with precision, setting a new benchmark for intelligent manufacturing. With mature core technologies in chip development, device and integrated system manufacturing, HGGaoli operates one of the world’s largest manufacturing site for NEV PTC thermal management system in Xiaogan.

Rooted in its self-developed high-efficiency and safe PTC heating technology, HGGaoli has maintained a long-term partnership with AVATR. The company’s technological prowess and product quality in thermal management remain industry-leading. Currently, HGGaoli has reached an annual production capacity of over 11 million PTC heater sets and supplies products to all major NEV brands. Statistics show that 6 out of every 10 NEVs in China are equipped with HGGaoli’s PTC heaters.

The stable collaboration with AVATR further solidifies HGGaoli’s dominance in the NEV core component market.
