Traditional refrigerants, such as Freon, are major greenhouse gases and significant threats to the climate. Nowadays, the HVACR(Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration) industry tends to replace traditional refrigerants with low-GWP(Global warming potential) alternatives, which are more eco-friendly but combustible. Therefore, an efficient and reliable refrigerant leakage monitoring device is required. To support the green transformation of the HVACR industry, HGGaoli developed the refrigerant leakage detection sensor for monitoring the leakage of combustible refrigerants, such as A2L and A3, to ensure the safety of users.

Focusing on air pollution monitoring, HGGaoli has developed a series of products for harmful gases detection and innovative air quality solutions, such as carbon dioxide sensors, AQS sensors, all-in-one air quality sensors and PM2.5 sensors. Our broad product portfolio provides a comprehensive air quality detecting and monitoring solution, which protects public health to a greater extent and contributes to environmental sustainability.

We focus on increasing energy efficiency of vehicles while guaranteeing the safety of users. We offer lightweight PTC heaters for new energy and intelligent vehicles. By increasing the power density of the heating pack, the volume of the heater can be reduced by 10% while the power remains unchanged, thus achieving the optimal combination of high performance and light weight to improve performance of vehicles. In addition, we also provide a wide range of multi-functional and miniaturized sensors for intelligent vehicles to optimize performance.

According to the International Energy Agency, by 2050, the global volume of household air conditioners may reach 4.5 billion units, and the energy consumption of which will exceed 10% of the global total consumption. Our temperature sensors for air conditioning aim to reduce the consumption of energy through precise control of the temperature. For every one degree increase in air-conditioning temperature, power consumption will be saved by 7%~10%. In addition, we also provide temperature sensors for green refrigerators(a new generation of refrigerators that are more energy-saving), which create stable temperature environments for refrigerators to achieve optimal balance of energy efficiency and comfortable user experience.

We support energy storage with our expertise in sensors. For instance, IGBT module is the core device of energy conversion and transmission that generates heat while operating, for which sensors are required to be installed on the heat sink to monitor its working status. We provide temperature sensors for photovoltaic inverters that monitor and control the temperature of IGBT module.

• We organize regular tree-planting activities to engage our employees in environmental protection, and hold Earth Hour Event each year to raise people's awareness of green development.

• According to the inspection from a carbon accounting authority, in 2021, the carbon emission intensity of our manufacturing site decreased by 3.82% compared with that of the previous year. In 2023, the carbon intensity decreased by 5.52% compared with that of the previous year. The inspection team has verified that the fluctuation of HGGaoli's carbon dioxide emissions from 2020 to 2023 are reasonable.
