From "First Partnership" to "Follow-on Commitment": HGGaoli Secures New PTC Project from Top European Automaker
December 4 – HGGaoli’s globalization strategy has reached a new milestone. Following the successful designation in May this year for a full-platform PTC water heater project from a century-old European luxury automotive brand, HGGaoli has now deepened its collaboration with this top-tier client—securing another designation for a global-platform PTC air heater project, also valued at USD 100 million over its full lifecycle.
This latest designation marks an upgrade in the partnership from "single-product supply" to "multi-product collaboration." To date, the total value of designated PTC projects between HGGaoli and this client has reached USD 200 million, reflecting the company’s evolution from a new supplier to an important partner in thermal management.

The newly designated next-generation high-voltage PTC air heater excels in lightweight and low-noise design, safety redundancy, electromagnetic compatibility, and long-term durability. It will also complement the PTC water heating solution secured earlier this year, together providing a more comprehensive thermal management solution for the client’s new-generation electric vehicle platform. This demonstrates not only HGGaoli’s ability to meet the stringent technical standards of top automakers, but also its deep understanding of platform-based requirements and capacity to deliver systematic technical solutions.
"Being consistently chosen by our clients confirms the soundness of our technology roadmap and the reliability of our products," said Jack Nie, General Manager of HGGaoli, "From the first product designated to multi-product collaboration, we are building long-term, in-depth, and trust-based partnership with global top-tier automaker through solid technology and stable worldwide delivery capabilities."
After securing dual-product-line designations from a top European automaker and a global high-voltage platform project from a renowned Japanese automaker, HGGaoli has further strengthened its leading position in the international new-energy thermal management sector. The company will continue to deepen its strategy of "technology leadership + global operations", delivering higher-value solutions to support the green transformation of the global automotive industry.
