Social Commitments--HGGAOLI Received a National Award from China Disabled Persons' Federation

    Recently, HGGaoli was named the "National Proportional Employment Base for the Disabled" (which stands for employer that complies with the principle of proportionality in employment for the disabled) by China Disabled Persons' Federation.

    Difficulty in employment is a major issue that impacts the life and well-being of the disabled. For years, HGGaoli has been improving policies and measures to support the employment of the disabled. By far, the company's employment ratio of persons with disabilities reached 3.39%, far exceeding the minimum employment ratio of persons with disabilities in employers set by the government. Meanwhile, as a vice-chairman unit of "Xiaogan Enterprise Federation for Helping the Disabled in Employment & Entrepreneurship", the company was awarded "Xiaogan Best-Practice Base for Helping the Disabled in Employment, Entrepreneurship and Alleviating Poverty" in June 2024. 

    Taking into account of different traits of the disabled, HGGaoli rationally arranges positions and constantly improves the training system for disabled employees. With full respect for employees with disabilities, the company enhances management of safe production and strictly implements the system of preferential benefits, to improve the health and well-being, happiness, safety and sense of belonging of disabled employees. 

    For the next step, the company will continue to improve all kinds of policies and measures to guarantee legal rights of disabled employees, and continuously demonstrate a leading role in helping the employment of disabled persons.
