Recently, HGGaoli was recognized as a "2025 Excellent Supplier" by SAIC-GM for its outstanding technological innovation capabilities, reliable product quality system, and comprehensive service support. As the pioneer and market leader of PTC heaters for new energy vehicles, HGGaoli continuously advances technology and product upgrades, closely aligning with key industry trends such as extended vehicle range, fast charging, and intelligent features in the NEV sector.

In the field of thermal management, HGGaoli has achieved multiple technological breakthroughs. It has overcome key technical barriers in PTC chip design, high-low voltage isolation, insulation, and leakage protection. The company’s 1800V high-voltage PTC chip and 800V platform heater can improve battery fast-charging capability—reducing charging time. Its products operate reliably even in extreme cold as low as –40°C, warming a cold cabin to over 20°C within 10–15 minutes while quickly preheating the power battery to its optimal operating temperature.

The collaboration between HGGaoli and SAIC-GM continues to deepen. The company’s WPTC heaters have been successfully adopted in several popular SAIC-GM models, including the GL8 Lu Zun PHEV, GL8 Lu Shang, and Zhi Jing L7. HGGaoli’s new-generation WPTC heaters mark breakthrough in power density and lightweight design: the heater cavity size is reduced, cutting overall volume by half and greatly improving adaptability; assembly weight is lowered, contributing to vehicle lightweighting; and increased power density enhances heat exchange efficiency under demanding operating conditions. Additionally, for the Zhi Jing L7 model, HGGaoli also supplies ambient temperature sensors, further expanding the scope of cooperation.

Previously, HGGaoli was awarded the Steadfast Advancement Award by SAIC-GM in 2024 for its innovative strength. Being named an "Excellent Supplier" this year signifies a new level in the strategic partnership between the two parties.
