HGGAOLI Receives Li Auto "SQC FREE Best Practice" Certification
Recently, the supply chain quality team from Li Auto paid a special visit to HGGaoli to present the "2025 SQC FREE Best Practice" award, marking a breakthrough in the co-development of software quality control and intelligent inspection systems between the two companies.
SQC (Software Quality Control) serves as a critical safeguard for ensuring consistency between controller incoming materials and vehicle software versions. By enhancing error-proofing and inspection capabilities at the supplier end, it enables controller software version information to be verified and go straight to the production line without additional inspection, fundamentally eliminating production interruptions and quality risks caused by software version mismatches.
In 2025, through close collaboration with Li Auto, HGGaoli carried out systematic optimization and practical implementation around the SQC framework, achieving all key indicators:
Zero "three mismatches" issues: No monthly batch quality problems caused by inconsistent software/hardware versions occurred throughout the year.
0km PPM significantly outperformed targets: The company's 0km PPM metric was well below the customer's target, demonstrating consistently stable delivery quality.
SQC assurance system evaluation met requirements: The SQC assurance system assessment successfully met customer expectations, with system operational capabilities recognized.
During the SQC FREE practice implementation, HGGaoli introduced multiple process and inspection upgrades:
Process optimization: Improved label management, enhanced EOL testing items, and upgraded cover plate dispensing processes.
Intelligent inspection deployment: Adopted AI vision inspection models and applied Keyence 3D structured light vision systems to upgrade control board solder joint detection algorithms.
System interconnection: Rolled out MES error-proofing and traceability functions on the production line, and established a Li Auto–HGGaoli data interconnection system enabling real-time synchronization and traceability of inspection data.
This award not only recognizes HGGaoli's achievements in software quality control and smart manufacturing but also reflects the deep cooperation between the two parties in quality collaboration, data exchange, and system co-construction.
Looking ahead, HGGaoli will continue to advance the development of intelligent inspection and process error-proofing systems, working together with Li Auto to build a more reliable, efficient, and transparent supply chain quality ecosystem—supporting Li Auto's continuous improvement in intelligence and reliability.
