HGGAOLI Secures Designation for Integrated PTC Thermal Management Module Project

Recently, HGGaoli’s self-developed PTC thermal management module for new energy vehicles has successfully received an official designation from a Chinese automaker, marking a critical step forward in the field of thermal management system integration and signaling its transition from a core component supplier to a system-level solution provider.

This designation is built upon HGGaoli’s sustained commitment to the new energy vehicle thermal management sector. Every step the company has taken focuses on tackling key industry challenges such as extended range, high-voltage fast charging, and intelligent operation, gradually establishing end-to-end in-house capabilities spanning materials, chips, components, devices, and control systems.

The PTC thermal management module is an innovative system solution introduced by HGGaoli in direct response to the industry trends of “integration, intelligence, and lightweighting” in new energy vehicle thermal management. Adopting a “substrate-level integration” design philosophy and through innovative flow path layout and structural optimization, the module deeply integrates three major systems—battery thermal management, e-drive cooling, and cabin temperature control—into a single unit. Going beyond traditional thermal management modules that typically integrate only low-voltage components such as water pumps and valves, HGGaoli’s design innovatively incorporates a high-voltage PTC heater. This achieves a leap from distributed control to centralized management, and from independent multi-circuit operation to coordinated multi-heat-source scheduling.

In terms of product performance, the module demonstrates significant technical advantages: through high integration, piping is reduced by 40%, substantially cutting flow resistance losses and leakage risks; overall weight is lowered by 20%, contributing to vehicle lightweighting and energy efficiency improvement. The integrated thermal management module supports all-condition adaptive intelligent temperature control, dynamically adjusting thermal strategies based on actual vehicle operation. It integrates OTA remote upgrade capability for continuous optimization of control algorithms and energy performance, and is equipped with a UDS-standard diagnostic interface for precise fault localization and real-time system health monitoring. The launch of this integrated thermal management solution will effectively enhance the energy efficiency, space utilization, and operational reliability of vehicle thermal management systems, providing key technical support for longer range, higher safety, and improved comfort in new energy vehicles.

This designation not only represents strong market recognition of HGGaoli’s technical strength and product competitiveness but also stands as a key milestone in the company’s journey from supplying core components to delivering system integration, advancing the localization of new energy vehicle thermal management in China. The project team will strictly follow customer requirements and collaboratively advance subsequent development and mass production preparations to ensure high-quality delivery.

Moving forward, HGGaoli will continue to deepen its expertise in thermal management technology, partnering with more automakers and industry players to jointly promote the development of new energy vehicle thermal management systems toward higher efficiency, intelligence, and sustainability, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality growth of China’s new energy vehicle industry.
